Philip Kannicht aka. *KNNCHT-PROD*. was born in 1983 in Stuttgart, Germany. At the age of 7, He started his musical training with drums and percussion instruments at the Musik Schule Filderstadt. Soon after he was engaged as a drummer in a few bands and also worked as a hip-hop DJ. In 2001, he was introduced to the afro-german singer duo "RasClan". Philip soon joined the group as a live DJ, sound-engineer and producer. This was the beginning of their first self owned recording and production studio. In the following years Philip completed his Internship at a professional sound company to become a sound engineer. During this time he constantly increased his skills in music production, and gained experience through working with many professional live shows and recording studios. After completing his education, Philip continued working with a few bands in his own studio as a sound engineer. In 2008 he was engaged as a sound engineer by the Theaterhaus Stuttgart - Stuttgarts most visited venue. In the same year he started his 4th studio where he currently works on his productions and supports selected artists and bands.
